How to make or Convert image into Clipart

You don’t need to start with clip art. A wide variety of images make Clipart/stencils.
For example, you can start with an image of your own

You can Convert image to Clipart by using the graphic tools
i recommend you to use Gimp 2.8 (Free License)

Step 1
Open the image which you want to convert into clipart in Gimp software in your PC.

Step 2

Click on the "Filters" option on the top of your bar, in that click on "Artistic" and again click on the "Cartoon" option as shown in the image.

Step 3

After clicking on the "cartoon" option the you need to adjust the radius as shown in the image, then click on "OK".. 

Step 4

Click on the "Colors" option on the top bar in that click on "Threshold" option then you have to adjust the radius of Threshold (I recommend you to click on "Auto") as shown in the image, then click on "OK".

Step 5

This Step is if you want to Change the black color of the image.

Next step is to select the "Select by color tool" in Tool box, then you need click on the black colored area, then the whole black color area will get selected.

Step 6

After  the whole black color area get selected, you can choose a color which you want, and then goto "Edit" Option on the top bar then click on  "Fill with FG Color" then the black colored image changes to color which you had selected, then save the image.
